1. National Screening Tool for Children and Youth Identified ad Potentially Affected by FASD
Developed by The Canadian Association of Paediatric Health Centres (CAPHC) with funding from the Public Health Agency of Canada.
Nearly one hundred experts and service providers from Canada and the United States worked with the project Steering Committee to produce this Kit. The creators are clear to point out that it is extremely important that screening is never substituted for full assessment and diagnosis and that this could lead to the further stigmatization of individuals and families in need of support. They also recognize that there is a need for increased capacity for assessment and treatment in Canada.

2. Blog: Girls, Women, Alcohol, and Pregnancy
A project of the Canada FASD Research Network
This incredible blog seeks “to build a strong knowledge base related to FASD prevention through work with women and their support systems on a range of health and social issues, and to bring this knowledge into research, prevention, treatment, policy, and community settings. The purpose of this blog is to share news, research findings, and perspectives on FASD prevention.”
Blog topics include the social determinants of health, risk and communication, motivational interviewing and parenting and support for FASD.

ELSA Net - This page provides information and resources for service providers, early childhood educators, child-minding educators, policy makers and the general public on newcomer children – kids aged 0-12 from immigrant, refugee, and/or temporary resident families.
AMSSA Newcomer Children Information Exchange - The AMSSA Newcomer Children Information Exchange (ANCIE) is a website created to provide information and resources for British Columbian service providers, educators, policy makers and the general public on newcomer children – kids aged 0-12 from immigrant, refugee, and/or temporary resident families.

Parents Matter - The website has valuable free downloadable information in multilingual languages to support early childhood educators and families.
New In Canada Parenting Support - There are many challenges facing parents in keeping children safe and secure in a new and unfamiliar environment. That’s why CMAS developed the New In Canada Parenting Support Brochures (in English, French, Arabic, Cantonese, Korean, Mandarin, Farsi, Punjabi, Russian, Spanish, Tamil, and Urdu).
