Victoria-based Island Metis Family & Community Services have just started up their new drop-in “Steps to Play” group, designed to encourage positive interaction between children six and under with their respective parent(s) or caregiver(s).  The program runs from 10:00am –noon every second Thursday from April 25, 2013 and includes healthy snacks.
