DadCentral launches their Dad Mentor program, led by Drew Soleyn and Ed Gough, Jr., offering Masterclasses led by guest experts.

DadCentral’s mentoring program has been designed to support father’s in their parenting process, noting:

One of the key benefits of mentoring is the opportunity for personal growth. By engaging in a mentoring relationship, dads can develop a deeper understanding of themselves, their strengths, and their weaknesses. Mentoring helps fathers to recognize and overcome challenges, enabling them to model resilience and self-awareness for their children. Through the wisdom and guidance of a mentor, dads can unlock their full potential and become the best possible versions of themselves.

Drew Soleyn, a Maxwell Certified Leadership Coach and Trainer, created a framework that has become the DadMentor and the Dad’s Roadmap programs, designed to help dads effectively connect, collaborate and coach their children. Ed Gough, Jr. has hosted The Dr. Vibe Show™ online for over twelve years, offering fathering coaching. He is a certified coach and has been training coaches since 2021. Since 2020, Ed has been the host and co-producer for Dad Central of their online fathering webcasts.

Dad Central’s fathering supports include Masterclasses led by guest experts including:

  • Sarah Rosensweet: Peaceful Parenting Expert

  • Dr. John Oliffe: Canada Research Chair for Men’s Health Promotion, and Department Head, UBC Men’s Health Research Program

  • Dr. Gregory Fabiano: Professor of Psychology at Florida International University and Dove Men+Care Fatherhood Expert

  • Steve Anderson: Fatherhood Coach and Former Executive Director, Boys to Men Mentoring Network of Minnesota

  • Brian Russell: Former Director, Dad Central Ontario, Registered Psychotherapist, Creator of the Super Dads Super Kids Program and Fatherhood Consultant

The DadMentor and Dad’s Roadmap, developed out of Dad Central’s 20 years of offering parenting support to fathers, use three basic strategies to help dads transform their fatherhood:

  • Help dads to know and understand how important they are to their children.

  • Equip dads with powerful relationship building, parenting, and life skills.

  • Support dads in community with like-minded dads and mentors/coaches.

The DadMentor program currently costs $29/month or $290/year and includes:

  • The Dad’s Road Map, a step-by-step fathering support program.

  • Monthly live Masterclass or confidential Q&A calls “to help find answers to things you feel you can’t ask anyone else”.

  • Access to a community of like-minded dads to create a cohort of support throughout the stages of fatherhood.

  • Resources of curated topics for dads including webinars, Masterclasses, or podcast episodes.
